-Visas, Medical, Housing, Banking. But esp. they are difficult to get used to internet connection, house electricity, card electricity. Transportation and Shopping area
3.Do you have any personal experience when you first come to China?
-He likes changes. And like to meet many new people. He enjoyed new food, driving.
Hardest thing: Language.
4, What are your current recruitment methods? And how affective are they?
-Use online recruiting. Most powerful methods. In the past. Past time, he found teacher one by one from abroad and contact, however, these days, he use skype to contact and hire.
5. What extra support does BISS need in the form of multimedia to recruit good teachers to come to China?
Website method. Dr. Zilber remodel the website with more picture
Some school websites make the multimedia unrealistic. (No good)
Realistic moves. Must be honest in advertising. & Reflection.
Try no photo shop.
Video clips. (Short buffering)

6. What are your thoughts about brochure that can be handed out and also put online? Does BISS have this already?
They have one that they used to have. But there are always room for new angles.(ideas) Weebly. – Free website to create brochure.
If I recruit them on person, brochure is great.
7. If so, what do you need to improve this?
Grade 12 students few hours ago created DVD and I movie of different members of staffs. Students and teachers talked during the video. 2~3 minutes maximum I movie with highlights of BISS.

What are the main problems?
BISS need to recruit more useful teachers.
Although BISS have its official website and brochure that can catch new teachers’ attention, but there are several limitation exist so far.
BISS have its own brochure, but it’s not the best method to catch other teachers’ attention easily, because it is offline method. Therefore, brochure is not good enough method to catch attraction.
Although BISS has its own website, it does not have any eye-catching multimedia such as video advertisement which can catch visitors’ or new teachers’ attention. BISS requires good looking, fast-buffering, but realistic videos.
Many other schools are advertising by using unrealistic photos that are modified by photo shop; however, BISS don’t want to do such an unrealistic thing. Therefore, BISS have to come out good enough multimedia in order to compete with them. Of course, without criticizing them.
